Job summary

Powerzen Pte. Ltd., a Singapore-based M&E electrical contracting company, is seeking an HR Executive to manage the full spectrum of HR functions supporting our office and site workforce.

Responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment, work-pass administration (MOM), payroll processing, and maintaining HR records. You will coordinate housing for workers, support performance appraisals and training, and assist with government claims.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR management, business, or related field.
• 2–3 years HR experience; construction industry and foreign worker management preferred.
• Familiar with MOM work pass framework, CPF, and Singapore Employment Act.
• Experience with payroll software is an advantage.
• Meticulous and discreet with confidential information, and able to multitask.
• Good interpersonal skills to liaise with workers of diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interview arrangement, and onboarding
• Administer work pass matters (Work Permit, S Pass, EP) including applications, renewals, and cancellations via MOM portals
• Process monthly payroll, CPF submissions, and levy payments accurately and on time
• Maintain employee records, leave administration, and HR documentation
• Handle workers' dormitory/housing arrangements, medical checkups, and insurance (WICA, FWMI) matters
• Ensure compliance with MOM regulations, Employment Act, and company policies
• Support performance appraisal, training records (e.g. CoreTrade, safety courses), and employee relations
• Assist with government claims and grants (e.g. childcare leave, NS make-up pay)
