Skills and Workforce Development Agency (SWDA) is building a robust Career and Employment Services ecosystem to help individuals navigate careers and assist employers in building workforce capabilities. The team seeks a collaborative professional to strengthen the HR ecosystem through purposeful partnerships across government, HR bodies, industry, unions and training providers.

• Strong stakeholder engagement and partnership development skills.
• Ability to translate ecosystem needs into practical initiatives.
• Knowledge of HR, workforce development or sector development trends.

Responsabilidades

• Develop strategies to strengthen the HR ecosystem and advance HR capability priorities.
• Build and manage relationships with government agencies, HR bodies, industry groups, unions and training providers.
• Engage partners to identify needs and opportunities for collaboration.
• Co-create and deliver HR initiatives, programmes and platforms.
• Manage partnerships end-to-end including contracts, risk and governance.
• Monitor outcomes and use insights to refine approaches and scale collaborations.
• Represent the organisation at engagements and drive HR transformation.
