Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead disciplinary and employee relations initiatives within a manufacturing setting.

You will advise management on disciplinary actions, conduct workplace investigations, handle grievances, and ensure compliance with Singapore labour laws and MOM requirements, while maintaining accurate employee records. The role requires 4–5 years in HR, preferably in manufacturing or semiconductors, and a Diploma or Degree in

• Must have 4–5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or semiconductor industries.
• Solid knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, labour regulations and social compliance.
• Able to handle confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.

• Advise management on fair and appropriate disciplinary actions.
• Conduct workplace investigations and prepare investigation reports, including drafting warning, suspension, and termination letters.
• Handle employee grievances and workplace conflicts, collaborating with department managers to resolve issues.
• Plan and execute welfare and engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Ensure HR practices comply with Singapore labour laws, MOM requirements, and company policies.
• Maintain knowledge of RBA standards and support audits, investigations, and corrective action plans.
• Maintain confidential and accurate employee records and documentation.
