Job summary

SPD SCIENTIFIC PTE LTD seeks an HRBP to support the Asst Head of HR, driving workforce strategy, planning, hiring, performance management and development.

This hands-on role translates plans into initiatives, monitors KPIs monthly, and partners with stakeholders to implement changes across the organization.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in HR or related field and 3–6 years of HR generalist/HRBP experience; strong Excel and HRIS/ATS exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of HR generalist/HRBP experience.
• Strong Excel and data skills for KPI tracking.
• Exposure to ATS/HRIS, workforce planning, or change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of workforce strategy, planning and development.
• Drive performance management cycles and calibration logistics.
• Coordinate hiring needs, sourcing, interviewing and offers.
• Track KPIs and report monthly to stakeholders.
