Job summary

NTU is seeking a proactive HR professional to support the HR Business Partner with a range of HR matters across designated business units. You will assist in recruitment, contract renewals, performance management, HR data, and advisory services to ensure timely and accurate HR delivery.

The role requires a degree with 3+ years in HR administration, strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Experience with Workday is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Degree with at least 3 years of experience in human resources administration or related field.
• Candidates with experience in educational/academic/research environments are advantageous.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliverables under tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Support HRBP in ensuring timely HR service delivery across the business unit.
• Assist in recruitment processes and coordination with Talent Acquisition and HR Shared Services.
• Manage contract renewals and related administrative tasks.
• Support performance management activities and data consolidation for decision making.
• Ensure HR data accuracy and prepare HR reports and updates.
• Provide HR advisory services on university policies and processes.
• Collaborate with HRBP and Centers of Excellence on HR projects.
