CapitaLand’s Somerset Clarke Quay Singapore is seeking a Supervisor, Housekeeping to lead room attendants, inspect units, and ensure guest satisfaction through high cleanliness standards. You will oversee daily operations, coordinate with engineering for maintenance, and train staff.

Qualifications

• Review standards per operating procedures and support in preparing management reports.
• Train and supervise room attendants and contractors.
• Inspect apartments and public areas for maintenance and cleanliness.
• Ensure smooth check-in and check-out for residents.
• Report damages to Engineering.
• Attend to VIP residents' queries and needs.
• Schedule and conduct cleaning programmes.
• Perform monthly stock-taking of linens and supplies.
• Daily checks to prevent linen/equipment abuse.
• Take on cleaning duties when needed.
