OCEANDA HR PTE. LTD. is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee a team of room attendants and ensure top-notch service. You will organize shifts, train staff, and maintain cleanliness in both public and private areas.

Responsibilities include educating staff on upkeep, daily supervision, inspecting spaces, planning stand-ins, and ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations. Shift flexibility, including weekends, may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising housekeeping staff in a hotel or facility.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning standards and sanitation procedures.
• Ability to plan shifts and coordinate tasks for large teams.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee housekeeping operations and train staff on cleaning duties.
• Monitor daily performance of housekeeping team.
• Inspect rooms and public areas for cleanliness and safety.
• Plan stand-ins and schedule adjustments as needed.
