Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in housekeeping or hospitality.
• Solid knowledge of daily housekeeping operations for guest floors and areas.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Guest-oriented approach with ability to resolve issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain highest standard of cleaning on assigned floors and guestrooms.
• Coordinate with Front Office to ensure accurate room status.
• Respect guest privacy and DND preferences.
• Inspect and release rooms as needed and supervise turndown service.
• Monitor attendants' overtime and room credits, and manage productivity.
• Report maintenance issues promptly to Engineering and ensure follow-up.
