Job summary

Laguna Hotel Holdings Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee room attendants and non-supervisory staff, ensuring daily operations run smoothly and guest needs are addressed with care.

You will conduct room inspections, maintain cleanliness standards, coordinate with other departments, and ensure safety procedures are followed, focusing on guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Directs the work assignments of the assigned area to Room Attendants and other non-supervisory personnel.
• Ensure that housekeeping personnel are familiar with in-house facilities and services to effectively assist and respond to guest inquiries.
• Conducts daily inspections of all rooms within the assigned area to ensure that all furnishings, facilities, and equipment are clean, well maintained, and in good working condition.
• Ensure that guest requests are promptly addressed while company policies and standard procedures are implemented and maintained.
• Monitors and oversees key housekeeping functions, including lost and found, key control, security, and emergency procedures, to promote the safety, health, and security of both guests and employees.
• Ensures that all necessary tools, supplies, and equipment are available and maintained for daily operation.
