Job summary

Grace Hospitality Services PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to service various hotels.

You will keep guest rooms, bathrooms and public areas clean, tidy and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay for guests. Your responsibilities include cleaning, sanitizing, making beds, changing linens and towels, replenishing amenities, disposing of waste, reporting maintenance issues, and following safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned public areas.
• Make beds and change bed linens, pillowcases, and towels.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish floors and surfaces.
• Replenish guest-room amenities such as toiletries, tissues, and drinking water.
• Empty rubbish bins and dispose of waste properly.
• Check rooms for cleanliness, damage, missing items, or maintenance issues.
• Report maintenance problems, lost property, or unusual situations to the supervisor.
• Follow proper procedures for handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts, storage rooms, and equipment.
• Respond politely and professionally to guest requests.
• Follow hotel standards, health and safety procedures, and housekeeping schedules.
• Protect guest privacy and maintain confidentiality.
• Assist with deep-cleaning tasks and other housekeeping duties when required.
• Work efficiently as part of the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are ready on time.
