Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas to high standards of cleanliness.
• Replenish guest amenities, towels, linens, and supplies.
• Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and ironing as needed.
• Dispose of waste and maintain a safe, tidy work environment.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, and lost & found items promptly.
• Follow cleaning schedules, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Maintain accurate housekeeping records and secure handling of keys.
• Respond to guest requests politely and professionally.
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assist with other duties assigned by the Housekeeping Manager.
