Job summary

CBM Pte Ltd is seeking a hotel housekeeping attendant to maintain immaculate rooms and public areas on-site. You will be responsible for bed making, tidiness checks, and ensuring guest satisfaction through proactive service.

Applicants should have at least 1 year of relevant experience and be willing to work shifts including weekends and public holidays to support hotel operations.

• Must be able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest standard of room and public area cleanliness and appearance.
• Be responsible for upkeep and cleanliness in the Housekeeping Department and Public Area cleaning.
• Make up beds and conduct room tidiness inspection.
• Maximize cost-effectiveness whilst maintaining the highest possible level of service to guests.
• Handle and resolve all guest queries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
• Perform any other duties as required by Management.
