Job summary

Responsibilities

• Carry out cleaning and sanitisation across common areas, rooftops, private rooms, and studios; vacuum, mop, disinfect surfaces, and deep clean kitchens, bathrooms, and appliances
• Make beds with fresh linens and keep rooms neat and welcoming
• Dispose of garbage and ensure waste is removed promptly
• Monitor linen levels and maintain stock of toiletries and consumables
• Maintain presentation standards by dusting, arranging furniture, replacing toiletries and keeping spaces tidy
• Report damages or repairs through internal systems
• Represent Figment professionally on-site and coordinate with the team to improve member experience
• Provide friendly and responsive service to members and direct requests to the appropriate team

• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon - Fri, 9.00am - 6.00pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $2,700 + Transport Allowance $200 + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out cleaning and sanitisation across common areas, rooftops, private rooms, and studios, including vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting surfaces, and deep cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, and appliances.
• Make beds with fresh linens and keep rooms neat, clean, and welcoming.
• Dispose of garbage and ensure waste is removed from the premises promptly.
• Monitor linen levels and maintain sufficient stock of toiletries and other consumable supplies across the properties.
• Maintain good presentation standards by dusting décor, arranging furniture, replacing toiletries, and keeping the homes tidy and well maintained.
• Use the correct cleaning equipment and materials for each task.
• Report any damages, faults, or repair requirements through the internal system.
• Take responsibility for maintaining the assigned properties and representing Figment professionally while carrying out duties onsite.
• Monitor and track property inventory and work with the team to improve the overall member experience.
• Provide a friendly and respectful presence when interacting with members and assist them or direct their requests to the appropriate team.
• Consider members' comfort and experience when cleaning or organising shared and private spaces.
• Report issues found within rooms or properties using internal tools.
• Coordinate with Community Executives on cleaning schedules, consumable supplies, restocking, and deliveries.
• Provide feedback and highlight recurring issues to support service improvements.
• Assist with lost-and-found reporting and maintain proper documentation.
• Communicate clearly with members when approached and refer requests to the appropriate internal team when required.

• 1 – 2 years of experience housekeeping or relevant position.
• Able to carry out housekeeping duties, including moving between different properties and using staircases where required.
• Candidates with personal transport are advantageous.
