The role emphasizes prompt safety responses and adherence to hygiene and presentation standards. As part of the housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining room cleanliness, handling equipment

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of all guestrooms to meet company standards and ensure guest satisfaction
• Perform cleaning tasks as directed by the Manager to uphold hygiene and presentation standards
• Handle equipment, linen, and supplies responsibly following Manager's instructions to preserve resources
• Report unserviceable equipment promptly to the Manager to enable timely repairs
• Identify and report room defects or deficiencies immediately to the Manager to prevent guest inconvenience
• Monitor guest needs and provide appropriate housekeeping service to enhance guest experience
• Notify the Manager of any guest illness or suspicious persons on the premises to maintain safety
• Raise the alarm immediately upon detecting fire or smoke to ensure prompt emergency response
• Carry out any other duties assigned by the Manager to support housekeeping operations
