Job summary

Far East is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Coordinator for Vibe Hotel Singapore Orchard. You will replenish supplies, oversee cleanliness of corridors and back-of-house areas, and coordinate guest and staff requests with prompt follow-up.

You will operate housekeeping systems (Opera, SAP, Stayplease) to manage inventory and reporting, handle Lost & Found per SOP, and ensure grooming, safety and hygiene standards are met.

Qualifications

• Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Team player with positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong organisational, coordination and record-keeping skills.
• Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Replenish housekeeping supplies and amenities in pantries and trolleys.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of corridors and back-of-house areas.
• Coordinate housekeeping communications, ensuring guest and staff requests are recorded, followed up and promptly completed.
• Handyman duties: basic painting touch-ups, filling gaps/crevices, repair minor wallpaper tears.
• Polish marble and hard floors, carpet cleaning and related tasks.
• Report damage or maintenance needs and liaise with departments to follow up on work orders.
• Operate housekeeping systems (Opera, SAP, StayPlease) to manage inventory, requests and reporting.
• Manage Lost & Found items per SOP.
• Adhere to grooming, safety, and hygiene standards; perform other duties as assigned.

• Adhere to grooming, safety, and hygiene standards, and perform other duties assigned by supervisor.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors, carrying them out diligently and professionally.
