Job summary

PAN PACIFIC ORCHARD, SINGAPORE invites applications for a Security Team Leader to support the Security Manager in safeguarding guests and staff and protecting hotel assets.

The role requires at least 3 years of security or police experience, GCE N/O Levels and a valid PLRD license. You will patrol with your team, secure doors and alarms, monitor CCTV, assist guests with requests, and report incidents while coordinating handovers and attending core meetings.

Qualifications

• 3 years of security or police experience
• GCE N/O Levels with PLRD license
• Pleasant disposition and guest interaction skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine patrols with the team
• Ensure physical safety by securing doors/windows/alarms
• Monitor alarm systems and CCTV and report defects
• Assist guests and associates with security needs
• Hand over duties during shifts and attend meetings
• Report unlawful activities and prepare incident reports
• Assist in Fire Command Centre operations and meetings
