Job summary

Hilton is hiring a Security Team Leader in Singapore to guide on-duty Security Officers and cover the Security Executive's duties in their absence. You will supervise shifts, ensure proper patrols, and uphold Hilton standards of safety and service.

Qualifications

• High School graduate with a valid Security Officer License.
• Proficient in hotel security, fire control and management.
• Good communication and staff organization skills.
• Familiar with fire safety laws and emergency procedures.
• First aid certification (CERT) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise security operation shifts and patrol patterns to protect guests and staff.
• Check fire equipment and evacuation passages for readiness.
• Ensure timely reporting of issues to the relevant department.
• Inspect departments to uphold security knowledge and standards.
• Conduct random bag checks for team members entering/leaving.
• Arrange escorts for cash-carrying staff when needed.
• Maintain perimeter patrols and deter loitering on the premises.
