Job summary

Capella Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Revenue Analyst to optimize revenue, inventory and profitability across Rooms, F&B, Catering and Banquet operations. You will analyze market trends and booking patterns, prepare forecasts and performance reports, and provide data-driven recommendations to maximize hotel profitability.

You will work closely with Revenue Management, Sales, Reservations, Catering, Events and Operations teams to maintain channel strategies, pricing accuracy and distribution

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher education required.
• Minimum 1 year in Revenue Management.
• Knowledge of reservation, group/catering and transient sales processes.
• Experience with hotel PMS, CRS/CRS and distribution systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain room inventory, availability and selling restrictions across distribution channels.
• Monitor room sales, occupancy, demand patterns and rate integrity across platforms.
• Prepare forecasts, budgets and performance reports; track variances.
• Support pricing strategies and channel parity audits to maximize revenue.
• Collaborate with Sales, Reservations, F&B and Events to optimize total hotel revenue.
