Aufgaben

• Oversee and reconcile daily revenue across departments to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare, verify, and distribute Daily Revenue Reports to management.
• Audit Front Office transactions including rebates, allowances, and adjustments.
• Validate rebates, discounts, and complimentary transactions with proper approvals.
• Review guest ledgers, city ledgers, and Gift Voucher transactions for accuracy.
• Verify room revenue, occupancy, and PMS/POS interface postings.
• Examine F&B voids, discounts, and banquet revenue against supporting documents.
• Reconcile Event/Meeting revenues and ensure proper billing.
