Job summary

The Singapore Resort & Spa is seeking a finance professional to manage the month-end and year-end closing journals and compile management reports in line with policies. You will oversee bank reconciliations, daily cash reporting, GST submissions, and assist in audits.

With 2–3 years in hospitality finance and strong Excel/ERP skills, you will support budgeting, forecasting, and respond to corporate queries while ensuring compliance with procedures.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting/Finance
• 2–3 years of experience in hospitality finance (advantage)
• Good reading, writing and spoken English
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint and relevant accounting systems

Responsibilities

• Prepare month-end and year-end closing journals.
• Compile financial reports for management per policies.
• Ensure timely and accurate bank reconciliations.
• Prepare daily cash balance reports and bank statements.
• Prepare quarterly GST submission.
• Supervise Finance sections and ensure timely reporting and compliance.
• Assist in audits of the hotel.
• Coordinate annual budget and forecasting process from prep to execution.
• Attend corporate/owner queries and requests.
• Compile and assist in survey forms required by agencies.
• Other duties as assigned.
