Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years co-living/hotel technician experience.
• Technical skills in electrical work, plumbing, fixing appliances, fixing furniture.
• Experience with air-conditioning service is an advantage.
• Strong hands-on repair and maintenance skills.
• Driving license.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hotel equipment and systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, kitchen appliances).
• Identify and fix electrical, plumbing, mechanical problems in guest rooms and public areas. Troubleshoot and repair promptly.
• Handle emergency repairs (water leaks, power outages, broken equipment) and respond to maintenance requests.
• Monitor operation of building management systems (BMS) and adjust settings for optimal conditions.
• Assist with renovations and installations including electrical work, plumbing adjustments or carpentry; install new equipment.
