Job summary

WORLDWIDE HOTELS MANAGEMENT (H) PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled Hotel Maintenance Technician to keep our hotel properties in excellent condition and to ensure guest safety and comfort.

You will perform repairs and general maintenance across M&E, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, painting, and carpentry, and you will coordinate with other departments to support smooth operations. • 1 to 2 years of relevant working experiences in facilities & building maintenance.
• Hospitality background is preferred.
• Team player with ability to work weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and general maintenance on M&E, plumbing, air-conditioning, electrical/lighting, painting, and carpentry.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with building and fire safety regulations.
• Follow maintenance policies and participate in sustainability efforts.
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.
• Communicate maintenance status and issues with supervisors.
