Job summary

Recruitment Support is seeking a hotel technician to perform routine and preventive maintenance across guest rooms and facilities in Singapore. The role emphasizes safety, efficient operation of HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems, and timely response to repairs.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of maintenance experience and electrical qualifications. You will work in the Central Business District with monthly salary up to SGD 3,500, ensuring high guest satisfaction through well-maintained

Qualifications

1 year of hotel, building, or general maintenance experience.
Basic Electrical Certificate or NITEC in Electrical Technology preferred.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Physically fit and willing to perform hands-on maintenance.

Responsibilities

Perform routine and emergency maintenance on hotel equipment and facilities.
Respond promptly to guest repair requests in rooms and public areas.
Carry out preventive maintenance according to the hotel schedule.
Troubleshoot and repair pumps, motors, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC components.
Repair or replace lamps, switches, door locks, and minor electrical parts.
Perform basic painting, plastering, sealing, and cosmetic repairs.
Carry out carpentry and furniture repairs.
Inspect areas to identify maintenance issues.
Coordinate with external contractors during servicing and renovations.
Maintain maintenance records and ensure safety procedures.
