Job summary

Premium Hotel Management Pte. Ltd. is seeking an attentive M&E Technician to join our engineering team on-site at our Singapore premises.

You will respond to service requests, perform diagnostic testing on electrical, mechanical, sanitary, and air-conditioning systems, and assist with repairs and preventive maintenance. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of hands-on experience in building or hospitality settings, a degree in engineering or equivalent, and a proactive, service-oriented mindset

• 1–2 years working experience in building or hospitality settings.
• Engineering degree or equivalent preferred.
• Resourceful and proactive with teamwork.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend to complaints/reporting of breakdowns of services within the hotel premises.
• Diagnostic testing and inspection for electrical and mechanical equipment, sanitary and plumbing systems, and arrange faulty items for repair.
• Inspect air-conditioning system including FCU, compressor, control IC board, and piping works for preventive and repair work.
• Manage stocks for M&E spare parts, electrical works, sanitary and tracking of stock levels.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Attend to complaints/ reporting of breakdown of services within the hotel premises.
• Diagnostic testing and inspection for all electrical and mechanical equipment, sanitary and plumbing system, and arrangement of faulty items for repair work.
• Diagnostic testing and inspection of air-conditioning system including fan coil unit, compressor, control IC board and piping works for both preventive and repair work.
• Managing stocks for M&E spare parts, electrical works, sanitary and tracking of stock level.
• Ad-hoc duties as per assigned

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years working experiences, preferably with relevant hands-on experience in building related or hospitality industry.
• Degree in Engineering is preferred or equivalent.
• Resourceful, proactive and team player.
