Job summary

Ckse is seeking an experienced Hotel Housekeeping Relief Supervisor cum Public Area Attendant for a multi-functional role in Singapore. The position encompasses supervising housekeeping operations, performing hands-on cleaning, and supporting room and public area duties as required.

The candidate should have at least 1 year in hotel housekeeping and supervisory roles, with hands-on RA/PA experience and familiarity with OPERA/Knowcross or similar systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in hotel housekeeping operations.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor role.
• Must possess practical, hands-on experience as a Hotel Room Attendant.
• Experience using hotel housekeeping software or room management systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform the duties of a Housekeeping Supervisor when needed to cover shortages and operational needs.
• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations to maintain cleanliness and service standards.
• Assign and monitor daily room cleaning tasks and manpower deployment.
• Conduct room inspections to ensure standards.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, productivity and performance.
• Coordinate with hotel management and other departments regarding room status.
• Operate housekeeping systems to update room status and progress.
• Ensure staff comply with SOPs, safety and instructions.
• Report issues promptly.
