Job summary

CKSE PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily operations, manage staff, and uphold the hotel’s cleanliness and service standards.

You will conduct room inspections, supervise Room Attendants and Public Area staff, coordinate with Front Office, monitor performance and attendance, and provide hands‑on coaching as needed. This hands‑on role requires flexibility for rotating shifts, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in hotel housekeeping operations.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Hands-on experience in hotel room cleaning and room inspection is required.
• Experience using hotel housekeeping software or room management systems is required.
• Familiarity with OPERA, Knowcross or similar hotel management systems will be advantageous.
• Strong leadership and staff supervision skills.
• Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays as per roster.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily housekeeping operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.
• Supervise Room Attendants (RA) and Public Area (PA) Attendants to ensure tasks are completed according to hotel standards.
• Conduct room inspections to ensure cleanliness, hygiene and presentation meet hotel standards.
• Coordinate closely with Front Office, hotel management and other departments regarding room readiness and guest requests.
• Provide coaching, on‑the‑job training and address performance issues as needed.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, productivity and overall work performance.
• Assist with guest room cleaning or public area cleaning during peak times or operational shortages.
