Job summary

summit talent pte. limited in Singapore seeks a seasoned Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance of hotel facilities, building systems and equipment across properties.

You will coordinate preventive maintenance, manage service contracts, and lead maintenance projects. The role requires a Diploma or degree in Facilities Management or a related field, with at least five years' experience in facilities or building maintenance, preferably in hospitality.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in facilities or building maintenance; hotel experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of building systems, maintenance planning and contractor management.
• Strong troubleshooting, coordination and budget management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of hotel facilities, building systems and equipment.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs and facilities improvement projects.
• Manage contractors, service providers, maintenance budgets and service agreements.
• Ensure compliance with relevant building safety, fire safety and workplace requirements.
