Job summary

Marina Bay Sands seeks a seasoned maintenance leader to oversee a multidisciplinary team responsible for facilities across the Integrated Resort’s Casino, Hotel, MICE, F&B, entertainment and attractions. You will drive corrective and preventive maintenance, enforce safety standards, and optimize operations with the aim of minimal disruption to services.

Qualifications

Diploma holder or Degree in related fields.
Relevant Employment Certificate or Work Testimony; any specialized Certifications are an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of technicians/engineers to maintain the facilities in the Integrated Resorts (IR), covering mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection and related systems.
Plan and implement corrective and preventive maintenance programs per code, authority requirements and guidelines.
Assist the Manager/Assistant Chief Engineers in planning job duration, manpower, materials, tools and equipment.
Direct and allocate work to technicians for routine maintenance and urgent repairs; keep maintenance/testing records.
Enforce safety programs and training with regards to WSH.
Manage HR responsibilities to promote teamwork, performance feedback, and staff development.
Oversee capital projects, A&A and improvements; prepare tender documents and handovers.
