Job summary

The DM will lead in areas such as Guest Experience, Great Room operations, IHG One Rewards familiarity, and staff engagement, guiding the team toward superior service and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–4 years service industry experience.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing the annual departmental operating budget.
• Monitor and control expenses to drive productivity.
• Mentor and coach Guest Service Agents (GSA) for better engagement.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and adherence to brand standards.
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure service quality.
• Maintain SOPs and ensure one-team approach across the hotel.
