Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Real Estate or related field from a recognised institution.
• Relevant experience in hospitality or real estate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies for potential hotel management deals, including market research and underwriting of each project.
• Develop financial projections and proposals, and prepare pitches with internal stakeholders.
• Generate investment and development leads through industry contacts and maintain deal and contact databases.
• Collaborate with the development team to implement business development strategies and secure new hotel management contracts.
