Job summary

Travelodge Hotels - Asia is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to support day-to-day engineering and maintenance operations, ensuring M&E systems and hotel assets are safe, reliable and efficient.

The role involves monitoring M&E performance, preventive maintenance, energy management, safety compliance, project coordination and team supervision. You will collaborate with hotel departments to maintain guest comfort and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant engineering or maintenance experience.
• Experience supervising an Engineering or Maintenance team is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hotel M&E systems and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring the hotel's M&E systems, equipment and facilities.
• Respond promptly to engineering and maintenance requests from guests and hotel departments.
• Coordinate repairs for electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, mechanical and other building-related issues.
• Ensure maintenance works are carried out safely, efficiently and to hotel standards.
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules and document them.
• Coordinate with contractors and service providers to minimize disruption to hotel operations.
• Prepare and maintain engineering reports, logs and documentation.
• Support in staff training and performance evaluations.
• Respond to emergency maintenance situations when required.
