Job summary

Travelodge Hotels - Asia is seeking a Feasibility Manager to support its investment and development team. You will conduct feasibility studies on potential hotel management deals, perform market research, and prepare financial projections and pitches for opportunities.

You will work with development and operations teams to develop strategies and secure new hotel management contracts, contributing to the company’s growth in the Asia region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business, Real Estate or a related field from a recognised institution.
• Experience in hospitality or real estate is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies for potential hotel management deals, including market research and underwriting of each project.
• Conduct market research and assist in generating investment leads and track project pipeline.
• Develop financial projections, presentations and pitch materials in connection to each opportunity, coordinating with internal teams.
• Work with development to implement business development strategies and secure new hotel management contracts.
