Job summary

AMARA SINGAPORE is seeking a Corporate Sales professional to grow the hotel's corporate business, maximize room revenue, and build long-term relationships with clients. You will develop new business, manage existing accounts, and engage customers through inquiries and site visits.

You will handle RFPs, source new clients, coordinate with Events Manager for corporate events, and prepare daily/weekly sales reports, including monthly production summaries.

Qualifications

• 3 years and above of corporate sales experience in Hospitality industry.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hospitality.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales target for room sales revenue
• Develop new business and manage existing accounts with a focus on building long term relationships
• Engage customers by attending to sales enquiries and conducting site visits
• Responsible for RFP process
• Sourcing for and meeting new clients
• Work on first inquiry with Events Manager for corporate clients interested in events booking
• Prepare daily and weekly sales call report
• Prepare Monthly Account Summary and Production report
• Conducting Pre-Conference meetings with various departments such as Front Office and F&B
