Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar corporate/hospitality sales role
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Professional interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Manage corporate accounts within an assigned base or geographic area to maximize revenue and market share
• Generate leads through sales calls, site inspections, client entertainment and prospecting new accounts
• Secure group business to support hotel occupancy and drive conversion through timely follow-up
• Identify and develop business opportunities to meet acquisition and retention targets
• Attend tradeshows, sales blitzes, and similar events in assigned markets
• Plan, monitor and measure all customers within the defined territory; coordinate with hotel teams for successful executions
