Job summary

TALENTS@WORK PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Front Desk associate to manage daily front desk operations, assist with check-in/check-out, and deliver friendly customer service to residents and visitors.

You will rotate between Chinatown and Lavender outlets, work 5 days per week, weekends included, with a monthly salary of SGD 2,300 to 2,500, starting 1 November 2026, and a 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM schedule.

Qualifications

• Basic computer literacy is required.
• Administrative skills are required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Friendly, responsible and service-oriented.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work on weekends with off days on weekdays.
• Able to commence work on short notice is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily front desk operations and attend to residents' enquiries.
• Assist with check-in, check-out and registration procedures.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service to residents and visitors.
• Handle incoming calls, emails and general administrative duties.
• Maintain accurate resident records and update information in the system.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address residents' requests.
• Handle feedback and complaints professionally.
• Rotate between Chinatown and Lavender outlets based on operational requirements.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Hostel Manager.
