Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Hospitality Assistant Manager - Housekeeping (GOVT/West) in Queenstown. You will manage a broad portfolio covering housekeeping, waste, pest control, landscaping, linen & laundry, and portering services, while driving vendor performance to achieve KPIs and ensure audit-ready governance.

Applicants should hold a degree in Hospitality and have at least 3 years of relevant contract management and housekeeping experience.

Qualifications

• Min Degree in Hospitality or similar with a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in contract management and housekeeping/related services.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned hospitality portfolio including housekeeping, waste, pest control, landscaping, linen & laundry, and portering services.
• Drive vendor performance to meet KPIs, service standards and stakeholder expectations.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulatory requirements, audit standards and workplace safety regulations.
• Monitor service quality and implement improvements to enhance operations and user experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and service providers to resolve issues and address gaps.
• Oversee contract governance, performance reporting and documentation for audit readiness.
• Support budgeting, procurement and financial management to optimise resources and value for money.
• Lead or participate in projects to strengthen service delivery and operational resilience.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture through coaching and knowledge sharing.
