Job summary

EDITION Singapore seeks an Inventory Clerk to support food & beverage and retail stock control. You will perform physical inventories, input receipts and POS updates, and help the operations team understand merchandising impact on revenue.

You will investigate unit issues, monitor price variances, maintain cost files, and assist with requisitions while upholding company policies and professional standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GCE O'Levels equivalent.
• At least 3 years of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Responsibilities

• Perform physical inventories for the food & beverage and retail areas as required.
• Input receipt of all products into the inventory and purchasing system.
• Input prices, menu changes and user changes in the POS system.
• Investigate measurement unit issues and noticeable price variances.
• Maintain master cost files and receipts; update inventory requisitions.
