• Provide feedback to enhance company’s inventory system.
• Serve as the primary goods receiver across venues.
• Conduct weekly physical stock counts of inventories.
• Verify accuracy of stock transfers and internal requisitions.
• Review asset purchase requests to prevent unnecessary expenditure.
• Lead procurement activities and vendor sourcing.
• Monitor and review entertainment claims for budget compliance.
• Design and implement compliance and control measures.
• Manage the company's software and IT infrastructure.
