Annexion Partners Pte Ltd leads a global hospitality-focused private equity platform. You will run hospitality assets from acquisition through exit, translating strategy into EBITDA, NOI, and IRR, serving as the bridge between deal team, operator, and investor.

Qualifications

• 4 years in asset management, hotel operations (Director level) or hospitality advisory/investment.
• Fluency in hotel accounting (USALI), revenue management, and capital planning; advanced Excel/modeling.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/Cornell/ÉHL or equivalent preferred; CFA/CAIA a plus.

Responsabilités

• Asset Strategy: develop and execute asset-level business plans with actionable recommendations.
• Financial Analysis: own models, budgets, forecasts; track KPIs and P&L with operators.
• Capital Planning: manage capex budgets, renovations, PIPs, and cost controls.
• Risk & Compliance: identify risks; ensure regulatory, brand, debt covenants compliance.
• Reporting: prepare concise reports for leadership, lenders, and LPs.
• Market Analysis: analyze market fundamentals to support investment decisions and hold/sell analyses.

Formation

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

MBA or Cornell/ÉHL preferred
