Job summary

SsangYong Engineering & Construction Co. Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Senior Planning Manager to lead the planning and project controls for a major hospital development. You will develop the master programme, monitor progress, and coordinate recovery measures to keep the project on schedule.

The role requires strong expertise in scheduling, CP analysis, delay analysis, and integration with multidisciplinary teams, with a focus on hospital construction programs and timely handover.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in planning and project controls on large-scale construction projects.
• Hospital or healthcare construction experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, progress measurement, CP analysis, delay analysis, and project controls.
• Experience integrating master programmes from subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to propose recovery programmes and mitigation for delays.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and scheduling for a major hospital project.
• Develop and maintain the master programme per contractual requirements.
• Coordinate with project leaders to develop realistic construction programmes.
• Monitor progress, identify delays and critical activities, and implement recoveries.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and project dashboards.
• Support time impact assessments, variations, and extension-of-time analyses.
• Mentor planning engineers and maintain scheduling records and look-ahead programmes.
