Job summary

Responsibilities include maintaining HVAC, ACMV, pumps, and chillers; conducting preventive and corrective maintenance; monitoring equipment performance and coordinating servicing with contractors and stakeholders. Ensure safety and regulatory compliance in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering, facilities management, or building services.
• Experience in hospital, healthcare, building facilities, or ACMV systems is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC, ACMV, pumps, chillers, and other mechanical systems.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate servicing and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and statutory requirements.
• Prepare maintenance reports and documentation.
• Coordinate with contractors and hospital stakeholders on mechanical works.
