Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a senior professional to lead hospital emergency preparedness and crisis response programmes in Singapore. You will develop and implement emergency plans, SOPs, and readiness exercises while coordinating responses to pandemics, IT downtime, and operational incidents.

• Min. Degree in any discipline.
• Min. 4 years of experience in healthcare operations, emergency planning, crisis management, or related fields.
• Min. 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead hospital emergency preparedness and crisis response programmes
• Develop and implement emergency plans, SOPs, and readiness exercises
• Coordinate responses to emergencies, including pandemics, IT downtime, and operational incidents
• Manage the Emergency Planning team and oversee daily operations
• Support Operations Centre activation, post-incident reviews, and business continuity planning
• Manage emergency equipment, budgets, procurement, and stakeholder coordination
