Job summary

MINMED GROUP is seeking a General Nurse (Home Team) to deliver safe, high-quality care to patients in their own homes under the Hospital at Home programme. You will perform nursing procedures relevant to home care and assess patients in a home setting.

You will collaborate with hospitals and doctors, train family caregivers, and participate in handovers. Fresh graduates welcome; hospital experience preferred. Work five days a week with shift hours, and willingness to travel islandwide.

Qualifications

• Valid SNB registration as a Registered Nurse.
• BCLS + AED certification preferred.
• Hospital experience preferred; fresh graduates will be considered.
• Ability to work under high pressure and manage situations independently.
• Team player with initiative and willingness to travel islandwide.

Responsibilities

• Execute basic to complex nursing procedures in the patient's home setting, under the Hospital at Home programme.
