Job summary

Allied Search Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Staff Nurse (Home Care) to join our nursing team. The role focuses on delivering high-quality home care, assessing patients, and coordinating care plans to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Nursing is required.
• Candidate must be registered with the Singapore Nursing Board.

Responsibilities

• Provide home visits to patients for symptom control and assessment.
• Offer psychosocial support to patients and families and educate on home care as needed.
• Develop, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care plans for patients.
• Carry out appropriate nursing care according to patients' needs.
• Evaluate and monitor patients' progress in relation to care plans.
• Provide timely interventions and treatment plans according to client needs.
