Job summary

Singtel is seeking a Manager for Home Service Assurance Platform (SMART) to own the end-to-end availability and performance of critical systems. You will drive service quality, compliance with SLAs, and proactive risk management across lifecycle activities, including upgrades and security controls.

You will lead DevOps practices, coordinate incident response, and manage multi-vendor relationships, ensuring resilient services and strong operational discipline for Singtel’s next-gen networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or Engineering or related discipline.
• 6+ years in IT operations, service assurance, or production system management.
• Experience managing 24x7 mission-critical systems with strict SLA and customer impact considerations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end availability, reliability and service quality of SMART systems.
• Ensure platforms meet SLAs, customer experience targets and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor performance, identify trends and risks, drive corrective actions to sustain service excellence.
• Lifecycle management of SMART systems from design through decommissioning.
• Govern upgrades, patching, configuration, and technology refresh to stay secure and supported.
• Oversee DevOps practices to ensure stability and continuous improvement.
• Lead during major incidents, high-risk changes, and service recovery actions.
• Govern Change, Patch and Configuration management to minimize operational impact.
