Job summary

Singtel is seeking a professional responsible for designing and implementing IT service management and automation tools. You will create systems for IT infrastructure management and ensure optimal team performance by resolving technical obstacles.

The ideal candidate has a tertiary education in Computer Science or Engineering, 5 years of relevant experience, and a strong background in Linux/Unix/Windows administration and network technologies.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in enterprise/solution planning, design, and implementation.
• Strong background in Linux/Unix/Windows Administration.
• Experience with automation/configuration management using Puppet, Chef, or Ansible.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the design and implementation of IT service management tools.
• Manage and guide the implementation of automated managed services.
• Meet with stakeholders to determine current and future ICT needs.

Automation/configuration management (Puppet, Chef, Ansible)
