Job summary

Great Eastern Private in Singapore seeks a seasoned leader to drive HNW distribution across Agency and Bancassurance. You will plan, mobilize and execute strategic initiatives to boost advisor activation, client engagement and commercial outcomes.

Reporting to Head of HNW Distribution, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage programs end-to-end, monitor performance and deliver business insights while ensuring governance and compliance.

Qualifications

  • 8–10 years of experience in business management, distribution management, strategic management, or HNW-related functions.
  • Strong understanding of Agency and/or Bancassurance distribution.
  • Exposure to HNW, affluent, private banking, wealth management, or bancassurance segments advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with sales performance tracking.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-unit communication.
  • Experience managing strategic initiatives, engagement programs, or campaigns.
  • Highly organized with ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to Head of HNW Distribution (Agency & Bancassurance), this role is responsible for driving execution of Great Eastern’s High Net Worth (HNW) distribution strategy across Agency and Bancassurance.

The incumbent will lead the planning, mobilization and execution of strategic HNW initiatives that increase Advisor activation, strengthen client engagement and improve commercial outcomes. The role acts as the program officer for major HNW initiatives while partnering closely with Agency, Bancassurance, Product, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Compliance and external partners to ensure disciplined execution and measurable business impact.

The Job:

Strategic HNW initiatives & Commercial Activation
  • Drive the execution of Group HNW strategic initiatives across Agency and Bancassurance.
  • Translate strategic priorities into executable commercial plans.
  • Lead end-to-end implementation of strategic programs.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely execution.
  • Monitor initiatives performance and recommend improvements
  • Develop and execute Advisor activation program that increase HNW producer’s productivity.
  • Support the execution of Great Eastern Private Partner (GEPP) engagement strategy.
  • Coordinate GEPP-initiated activation programs.
  • Support implementation of HNW Advisor capability development pathway.
  • Partner with external and internal stakeholders to coordinate programs and business clinics.
  • Work with distribution leaders to increase participation and adoption of HNW initiatives.
Program Management Office (PMO)

Serve as the PMO lead for major HNW programs.

  • Monitor HNW program performance.

  • Support annual planning and management presentations.
  • Ensure initiatives and programs are executed in accordance with internal governance and compliance requirements.
  • Manage budgets within approved limits.
  • Support audit and compliance reviews.
  • Maintain program documentation.
  • Highlight potential operational or business risks and elevate appropriately.
  • Maintain awareness of regulatory developments and industry trends relevant to the HNW segment.
We are looking for people who
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in business management, distribution management, strategic management, or HNW-related functions within financial services.
  • Strong understanding of Agency and/or Bancassurance distribution.
  • Exposure to High Net Worth (HNW), affluent, private banking, wealth management, or bancassurance segments would be advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience in sales performance tracking and business analytics.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to work across multiple business units.
  • Experience in managing strategic initiatives, engagement programs, campaigns, or business projects.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong presentation and business writing skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Relevant Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Banking, Finance, Marketing, or related disciplines.
