Job summary

Ethos BeathChapman is assisting a prestigious client, a high net-worth insurance broker firm, in expanding their support team in Singapore. The role focuses on coordinating client engagements, preparing presentation decks, and ensuring timely handling of customer requests to uphold service standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–4 years in support, coordination, or client service roles; insurance knowledge is a plus.
• Strong multitasking and time-management skills with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Prepare presentation decks for sales team usage for client engagement
• Assist in gathering relevant information and documentation from clients and relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain service standards to develop and improve customer satisfaction and retention
• Ensure that all customer requests are handled in a timely and consistent manner
• Ensure that all transactions are in adherence to regulatory, compliance and internal audit requirements
• Support sales team to provide excellent service to high net-worth clients to achieve client retention
• Partner customer, Business Support and service providers to ensure timely transaction processing and service delivery of customers requirements and enquiries
• Help in organizing and executing client prospecting activities, including lead tracking and initial outreach.
• Support follow-up and meeting scheduling with prospective and existing clients and partners.
