Job summary

BeathChapman Pte Ltd is seeking detail-oriented professionals to oversee post-sales servicing and policy reviews for HNW clients in Singapore. You will work closely with private bankers, insurers, trustees, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless policy administration and client support.

Responsibilities include annual policy reviews, regulatory documentation, and upselling opportunities, while maintaining meticulous client records and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the wealth management industry.
• Knowledge of HNW life insurance, trust arrangements and corporate holding structures is advantageous.
• Familiarity with policy servicing, client due diligence and regulatory compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ongoing servicing of HNW life insurance policies with timely resolution of client requests.
• Conduct annual policy reviews with clients and private bankers, identifying upselling opportunities.
• Prepare annual policy review reports, client documentation and servicing materials.
• Liaise with private banks, insurers and trustees on policy administration and offshore structures.
• Coordinate client due diligence and regulatory documentation (KYC, AML, FATCA, UK CDOT, CRS).
• Maintain accurate client records, servicing reports and policy information.
• Build strong relationships with clients and business partners to deliver high standard of service.
