RK RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Retail Store Supervisor to manage daily operations, coach a retail team, and drive sales performance at a Orchard, Singapore location.

The role requires strong leadership, customer service, and brand knowledge to deliver excellent shopper experiences and achieve store targets. You will oversee staffing, visual merchandising, and stock replenishment while maintaining high standards of presentation.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of retail experience.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Responsible, reliable and organised.
• Able to manage and motivate a retail team.
• Basic computer knowledge.

Location: Orchard, Singapore

Basic Salary: 3,500-4,500/month

Meal Allowance: $150/month

Working Days: 5 days per week, including weekends and public holidays

Working Hours: 44 hours per week (retail schedule)

Job Responsibilities
